This autograph is double authenticated by the two most reputable music authenticators in the business. On September 10, 2012, Columbia Records and Sony Music collaborated together for Bob Dylans new release Tempest. They created a Pop-up store concept to promote the release of Dylan's new CD. Four stores openings were coordinated around the world, on the same day, in London, Los Angeles, New York and Berlin.

Dylan was supposed to autograph hundreds of CDs for this launch. But of course, Dylan being Dylan, he only signed a fraction of that number, and abruptly stopped. There were only 12 CDs signed for the Los Angeles store and 10 Cds signed for NYC. So, there were only 22 total in the United States for the opening.

I have yet to find out any creditable source of information about the European numbers. This is one of those 22 CDs that was signed for the Tempest Pop-Up stores.
