Smokin' Joe was regarded as one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all-time and the first to defeat Muhammad Ali. Frazier was the undisputed heavyweight champion from 1970 to 1973 and won a gold medal at the 1964 Summer Olympics. In 1990, Frazier was inducted into both International Boxing Hall of Fame and he World Boxing Hall of Fame.
