In very good to fine condition with a crease to the upper right corner and a lighter diagonal crease passing through his face. The reverse bears the Vannerson & Jones Gallery backmark from 77 Main Street, Richmond, Virginia along with a postmarked 2 cent George Washington stamp indicating this CDV Photograph was made in Richmond by a highly respected gallery of that time and then mailed to the General for his signature.
